About the Assistant Pastor

Dr. Angela (Enjé) M. Rucker, born and raised on the island of Jamaica, was nurtured in the ways of God by her grandparents, Bishops Charles and Christine Walsh, founders of Shiloh Apostolic Churches of Jamaica, West Indies.

Dr. Angela and her husband of 32 years, Dr. Benjamin Rucker, reside in Mitchellville, MD. They established Bride of Christ Church Ministries in May of 2002 where she serves faithfully as the Assistant Pastor.

Majoring in Business Administration, Dr. Rucker was educated at Rutgers University, the University of Maryland, and the University of Denver College of Financial Planning. On July 8, 2001, Dr. Rucker received an Honorary Doctor of Divinity Degree from the Eastern Carolina Theological Institute.

Always the consummate student of God’s Word, Dr. Rucker earned her Doctor of Theology Degree from Andersonville Theological Seminary on August 25, 2001. In 2018, she earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Ministry from Empowerment Theological Institute and Bible Seminary.

After accepting Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior in 1989, Dr. Rucker embraced the call on her life to teach and preach the uncompromising Word of God to the nations. She travels extensively proclaiming the Gospel as she inspires and ignites revival in spiritual sons and daughters globally.

Through the operation of the Holy Spirit, her ministry has freed people from bondage and taught them how to live a more successful, natural Christian life. In 2019, Dr. Rucker was appointed to the Apostleship by Chief Apostle Robbie C. Peters, Presiding Prelate of Kingdom Empowerment International Covenant Fellowship of Churches, Inc.

SPA (Sanctified Partners Alliance) was founded by Dr. Rucker. SPA embraces the concept of applying natural resources to achieve prescribed goals. It serves as a comprehensive resource center for women with specific needs. Dr. Rucker is also the founder and CEO of WOMB (Women Overcoming Mental Barrenness). WOMB teaches women how to know who they are from God’s perspective and how to maximize their God-given potential. An avid advocate for children, Dr. Rucker established Cradle of H.O.P.E., Inc., a 501(c)3 Charitable Foundation which is a voice for underprivileged and disenfranchised children, worldwide.

Dr. Angela Rucker is a life strategist, a global minister and an accomplished author. Her books, The Pre-Natal Assignment and Breaking Forth, captivate your mind and inspire your soul. They are very simple, readable, yet profound literary works in which she reveals the reason for your very existence, and propels you to fulfill your destiny.

Dr. Angela (Enjé) Rucker has been the keynote speaker for several retreats, workshops, seminars, and worship services. The experience of preaching and teaching in the Holy Land of Jerusalem has been one of the highlights of her ministry. Scholarly, articulate, energetic, and anointed, this virtuous woman of God practices what she preaches.
